Hunters and Fishermen
Hunters and fishers are treated differently in the Bible. The first hunter in scripture is Nimrod, the "mighty hunter before the LORD' (Genesis 10:9He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.

Fishers, on the other hand, have good press in the Bible. Many of the disciples of Christ, including the inner circle of Peter, James, and John, were fishermen by trade. Jesus told them, "Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men" (Matthew 4:19And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

Certainly, the fish is still headed for death and dinner, but the picture is different. Perhaps you can think of other contrasts between hunters and fishermen. I think it would be a profitable study.
